Island License

Similar to Rods, each Island will have its License.
Katcher upgrades the License to get more Bonus when fishing on that Island.

The type
Includes Basic License and Elite License.

Katchers will receive a Basic License when opening a new island.

Katchers need to use Shells to upgrade from Basic License to Elite License to get more benefits and level up faster. 

Level License
Katchers need to level up License to unlock the bonus. To level up, Katcher need to fish in the corresponding island and accumulate enough LP points for each level.

Bonus
There are 2 types: Main Bonus and Slot Bonus
Main Bonus:
Apply to all fish on the island and increase with license level, including:

+ Damage bonus: Increases damage dealt to fish while fishing.

+ Catch chance bonus:  Rate of catching fish when equipped with bait.

Bonus Slots:
Unlocked by license level, applicable when fishing a specific fish on the island or playing in fighting mode. Additional parameters include:
+ Weight bonus: Increase the weight of the fish you can catch
+ Catch chance bonus: Rate of catching fish when equipped with bait
+ Damage bonus: Increases damage dealt to fish while fishing

To activate the opened bonus slot, the Katchers need to draw the slot. When drawing, the indicators in each parameter will be randomly selected.
