Why can't I download the game?

Heroes Awaken is now available on Android devices in CH Play and on iPhone & iPad in Apple iTunes App Store. Please enjoy the game and give us your comment and feedback for a hard launch. 

If you can't download Heroes Awaken, first, please check your device and make sure it compatible with our requirement. For now, Heroes Awaken only supports for devices running iOS 8.0+ and Android 4.4+

Then, make sure you follow the right links to download our game. Because of the Soft Launching Program, Heroes Awaken now available for some countries.
