🔰 Please have the following information ready:
1. Your ID (you can copy it in Setting)
2. The name of your device and the Country you are located in.
3. The number, name and photos of the packages you have purchased.
4. Exact time you purchased (can be referenced in bill)
5. Copy of receipts or screenshots of your purchase history.
The receipt is emailed to the account used to make the purchase as soon as the purchase is completed.
