*Note please include information specific to the problem you are experiencing including:
1. Your ID (you can copy it in Setting)
2. Full screen image + Clip the problem you are in need of help
3. The name of the device (model series) you are using to play the game.
4. Your version of the game. (check it at Login screen)

We can receive information in many languages. But if you can use English, you can use it.
