The first thing we should note to you is that we do not recommend this.
Sharing accounts with others or playing on other's devices easily leads to losing the account!
But if you need to change equipment to play the game. Please refer to the instructions below.
💠Case 1: You change to a device with the same operating system
(ie using iOS or using Android)
- First you need to link your account with GameCenter (iOS) or GooglePlay (Android) on your old device.
(How to link reference accounts here! )
- Then on the new device, at the login screen, click the User Account button.
- Then click on the Account you linked at your old device.
So you can now play the old account on the new device ^^/
💠Case 2: You change to a different device operating system
(ie using iOS to change to Android or vice versa)
- First you need to link your account with Facebook on your old device.
(How to link reference accounts here! )
- Then on the new device, at the login screen, click the User Account button (*See instructions on Case 1)
- Then click on Facebook and login the correct Facebook account that you linked at the old device.
💠Case 3: You change to a different device operating system
(You have followed the instructions at Case 2 but encountered an error logging in with Facebook.)

1. Please give us your ID (you can copy it in Setting)
2. What old device name are you using? ( Samsung Note 7, iphone X, or .....)
3. What new device name are you using? ( Samsung Note 7, iphone X, or .....)
4. Screenshot of your character and current level information.
5. Your Facebook link (the one you used to link your old account).
6. Your country.
